A meeting with the staff of players and coaches was held at the residence of the "Andijan" football club with the participation of the general director Ziyodbek Mashrapov. It discussed the team's recent results, shortcomings and important tasks ahead for the rest of the season.

On October 15, "Andijan" lost to "Kyzilqum" 0:1 and did not win in the third match in a row. Therefore, the meeting was held in a critical spirit, ways out of the current situation and issues of improving the results were studied in detail.

The management of the club analyzed the reasons for the defeats, studied the shortcomings and made appropriate conclusions. At the same time, the leadership expressed confidence in the current coaching staff and emphasized its support.

Also, Ziyodbek Mashrapov held an open dialogue with the players and was interested in the environment and existing problems in the team. The players emphasized that there are no serious internal problems that are bothering them, and the atmosphere in the team is good. In addition, they expressed confidence that they are well aware of the current situation and that it is possible to get out of it only through solidarity and collective action.

Head coach Islam Ahmedov also stressed the need to increase responsibility to the players. The importance of victories in order to justify the trust of the fans, to brighten the face in front of them, was emphasized.

The statistics of Islam Ahmedov, who started working as the head coach of "Andijan" from the 8th round, are reflected in the numbers so far:

So far, 17 Superliga matches
4 games in the Cup of Uzbekistan
Victory: 8 in the Super League; 2 in the cup
Draw: 3 in the Super League; 1 in the cup
Defeat: 7 in the Super League
Total points scored: 34

At the decisive stage of the season, "Andijan" will have six more matches in the championship and an important match in the quarter-finals of the Cup of Uzbekistan. On October 20, the cup match against "Sogdiyona" in Zomin will be the next serious test for the team.

At the end of the meeting, it was noted that every player and coach should fully feel their responsibility in order to play the remaining games at a high level, improve the results and end the season in a decent manner.

Now the most important thing for the team — proving what was said in practice, uniting and justifying the trust of the fans with victories.

We believe in our team!
