At the moment, the "Andijan" U19 team led by Elyor Rahmatullayev is in the 7th place among 10 participants in the "East" region of the championship with 13 points. Our U21 team is in 4th place with 34 points.

Today, a meeting was held with the participation of the U19 and U21 teams under the leadership of the club's general director Ziyodbek Mashrapov. The meeting took place in the spirit of open communication and critical analysis. Shortcomings were openly stated, tasks were defined.

First, an open conversation was held with the coaches and players of the U19 team. The head of the club was interested in the problems existing in the team, the factors affecting the results and what the players lack. The goal is one — improve team results by eliminating existing shortcomings.

The U19 team was tasked with finishing the championship in the top three. It was emphasized that the players should work harder on themselves, take training seriously, and constantly strive to get into the U21 and, most importantly, the main team of "Andijan".

After all, the main task of the teams in the club system is not only to participate in competitions, but also to train worthy players for the main team of "Andijan". Because they are the future of the club.

During the conversation with the U21 team, the latest results of the championship were discussed in detail. "Andijan" U21 finished the first round in 1st place, i.e. as the leader. However, starting the second round with four consecutive losses raised serious questions for the team.

During the meeting, the reasons for these negative results were analyzed in depth. The head of the club Ziyodbek Shuhratov was interested in what problems exist in the team, what the players and coaches lack.
In addition to the created conditions and opportunities, the club expressed its readiness to create all additional necessary conditions to change the situation in a positive direction.

U21 coach Abdurashid Ismoilov also spoke and expressed his opinion on the state of the team, recent meetings and future plans.
Victory — as they say with hard work and motivation, the meeting paid special attention to the issue of further encouraging the players.

The management of the club announced that it will support the U19 and U21 teams and encourage them with additional prize money for their victories.

It was also said that the players of both teams will be provided with additional vitamins. This was the next step aimed at improving the physical condition, recovery and training process of young players. The attention given to young players and the conditions being created require them to respond with decent results on the field.

At the end of the meeting, clear and high goals were set for the teams.
Especially for the U21 team, the task is clear: only and only 1st place!

The team that took the lead in the first round must recover after a bad start in the second round and fight for the top spot.
The U19 team will try their best to get a place in the top three.

If "Andijan" U21 team achieves the goal, it was also mentioned that a two-week training camp will be organized in Antalya, Turkey, during the preparation for next year's season.

Every player should take today's training and every game as an important step for their future. Because every victory, good action and individual growth brings the player one step closer to big football. In "Andijan", this path is open: the doors of the main team are always open for a young player who worked hard, worked on himself and showed results. The U19 team will play their next match against the "Republika FA" team on August 8. The U21 team will be a guest of "Pakhtakor" U21 in Tashkent on September 3.
